  • Daniel Mastropietro: Fast-exploring reinforcement learning with Fleming-Viot particle systems

Abstract:
I will present a strange beast called Fleming-Viot particle system that can be used to accelerate learning of optimal policies in reinforcement learning algorithms affected by rarely-visited but highly-informative states. I will show examples in queueing systems dimensioning and finding the way out of labyrinths
