[talks] PyData Lausanne -- January 2026
Details
Hi all,
Welcome to the first talks session of 2026!
Here is the lineup:
- Nick Philips
A Guide to Building ML Systems with Foundation Models for Numerical Data: Evaluating Whether You Can Simplify and Improve Your Data Science Workflow Using an Example of Self-Quantified Biomedical Data - David Castellano Falc贸n
Idea to AI app - the 5-step workflow: Interactive session where we create an end-to-end, developer-focused workflow for building a simple application from idea to production.
Starting with LLM agents, we generate a clear PRD, then rapidly create UI mockups and prototypes using Stitch. The prototype is enriched with real AI behavior in AI Studio and iteratively refined using Antigravity. Finally, the application is deployed to Vercel, demonstrating how modern developers can ship AI-powered products quickly with minimal infrastructure.
As usual, we'll continue the evening with an informal aperitif 馃崟 馃嵑
We'd like also to remind you that the association PyData Switzerland has been founded!
