Code breakfast with Water and LIME: H2O and ML interpretability

Details
• What we'll do
In this Code breakfast Jo-fai (Joe, when he's among friends) Chow will talk about machine learning Interpretation (using LIME to explain model outputs from, for example, H2O).
Of course Joe is an expert in H2O in general, so if you need to ask him questions, he'll be more than happy to take them!
In fact he works as a data scientist at H2O.ai. Before joining H2O, he was in the business intelligence team at Virgin Media in UK where he developed data products to enable quick and smart business decisions. He also worked remotely for Domino Data Lab in the US as a data science evangelist promoting products via blogging and giving talks at meetups.
Quick remark: yes, this code breakfast will be on a Monday. Unfortunately office space was tight and Joe is only here for a week!
• What to bring
Laptop in case you want to follow along.
