1️⃣ Real-time plane-spotting with Python, Hugh Evans
Hidden from our eyes, aircraft in our skies are constantly transmitting data. In this talk I will explain how you can use some simple tech and the power of open source to fly through this data. See a Raspberry Pi, Apache Kafka, analytical databases, and Python coming together for real-time data production, transport, OLAP, and interactive visualisationation.

As AI systems become increasingly autonomous, capable of making complex decisions without human intervention, we face both exciting possibilities and significant challenges. From enhancing operational efficiency to redefining human-AI collaboration, the future of decision-making will be heavily influenced by these intelligent agents. We will delve into the implications for business, ethics, and governance, examining how Agentic AI can improve outcomes while also addressing the risks and ethical dilemmas associated with autonomous decision-making

Doors open at 6.30 pm, talks start at 7 pm. For those who wish to continue networking and chatting we will move to a nearby pub/bar for drinks from 9 pm.
