What we’re about
PyData Türkiye is a local chapter of the global PyData community, dedicated to bringing together data enthusiasts, professionals, and researchers from Turkiye.
The community focuses on the use and development of open-source data science tools and libraries in Python. By fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment, PyData Türkiye aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, and the advancement of data science skills through meetups, workshops, and conferences.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, PyData Türkiye provides a platform to learn, share, and grow in the field of data science.
PyData is an educational program of NumFOCUS, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the United States. PyData provides a forum for the international community of users and developers of data analysis tools to share ideas and learn from each other. The global PyData network promotes discussion of best practices, new approaches, and emerging technologies for data management, processing, analytics, and visualization. PyData communities approach data science using many languages, including (but not limited to) Python, Julia, and R.
