What we’re about

PyData Valencia will be a new chapter of the PyData community, serving the growing ecosystem of data professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts in the Valencia region of Spain. Our aim is to foster an inclusive and collaborative space for sharing knowledge, advancing best practices in data science, and promoting the use of open-source tools — particularly those supported by NumFOCUS.

We plan to host regular events including talks, workshops, and community discussions that highlight real-world applications of Python in data analysis, machine learning, and AI. Valencia has a vibrant and international tech community, and we believe PyData Valencia can become a key node in the regional data science landscape, strengthening ties with the global PyData and NumFOCUS communities.
