PyHawaii will be having a meeting at the end of September . The first talk will be by Scott Seaburn and will cover using AI to program ESP32 microcontrollers. And the second will look at implementing and deploying agents.

Ever looked at a $5 sensor and a microcontroller and thought "I have no idea how to make these two things talk to each other"? This month, Scott Seaburn will show you how to get them talking — without an engineering background, without writing C, and without knowing a pull-up resistor from a pull-down.

The second talk will be the potentially be the start of a series going from zero to hero in agentic design and implementation. We'll going through a set of AI engineer notebooks on setting up, running, and doing evals and red teaming on an agent.

About the speaker:
Scott Seaburn is an electronics engineer and the founder of Advanced Design Systems and NetworkFX Communications, with broad experience in product management and the development
of electronics and software systems. His work spans air traffic control communications, advanced network testing systems, credit card terminals, agriculture sensing and
automation, and solar-powered LED and E-Paper bus stop displays running on cellular and IoT infrastructure. His current focus is applying AI to build and manage things faster.
