ABOUT EVENT
As the business world grapples with what a return to work means, big questions are being raised about who we are as leaders and how we lead our teams in an increasingly hybrid environment with the shadow of COVID hanging over us.
Alongside a small group of other tech leaders, share some of your challenges and successes (!) managing a team brings and continue to explore what you can be doing differently to be a more effective leader in the post-COVID era.
Some of the topics we will discuss:
– How do you inspire trust and build a shared vision?
– What do your teams need from you in a hybrid environment? How can you help them know they are seen and valued?

May Ireland is a co-founder of VirtualPeer.co and certified executive coach. May has specialist knowledge and experience in leading the people agenda for major organizational change affecting people across multiple sites and geographies. She's been working remotely over the past 3 years and coaches people needing clarity in the areas of career and leadership development. May holds a Masters in Management and is also a certified EQi-360 (Emotional Intelligence) practitioner.
