We are going to start the year with a Django workshop and a wee project to develop PyLadies Dublin website. This is beginners friendly, we will learn about command line, source control, setting up your dev environment before we get started on Python and Django. Note:

If you are using a Mac

• Please make sure you have XCode up to date on your laptop, it's a huge download - https://developer.apple.com/xcode/
• Python is already on your laptop, no need to install Python

If you are using Windows

• If you don't have Python installed, follow instructions from https://tutorial.djangogirls.org/en/installation/ in the Windows section.

Git

Follow instructions to install git via https://tutorial.djangogirls.org/en/installation/
