PyLadies Workshop

This month we are preparing a web scraping workshop with the participation of Developer and Data Journalist Nicola Hughes (@DataminerUK).

Come and join us to find out more about mining and collecting data available on the web!

We now have a venue (huge thanks to Eleonore for finding it, and to Sole and Mozilla for hosting us!) and a more detailed schedule:

1pm : arrival, drinks and mingling

1:30 : start of workshop

The workshop will run for 3hrs until 16:30.

There is no setup needed to prepare for the workshop, as everything is web-based. Nicola will go through the setup at the beginning of the workshop. We will be working with ScraperWiki.

There won't be any food at the meetup, so please bring your food to sustain you during the afternoon!

Note: bring your laptop =)
