Talks
Title: Navigating career path decisions
Abstract: Making intentional decisions about where to take your career is hard -- and gets even harder once you reach the Senior Engineer level and are presented with a fork in the road ahead of you. In this talk I’m going to propose a few ideas to help you figure out what you want and how to get there.

Title: How Spotify personalises your search results with Machine Learning
Abstract: Spotify receives 100000s of requests per second for search results of music, podcasts and audiobooks. Using a mix of well-tuned Python Machine Learning models and scalable systems, we'll tell you how we ensure that you get a highly personalised and relevant set of recommendations.
