🌟 Merve Noyan (Hugging Face)
talk title: Building Machine Learning demos and Data Applications using Python
Abstract: In this talk I will walk you through how to build data science web applications using Gradio and Streamlit and host them on Hugging Face Spaces.
🌟 Jean du Terrail (Owkin)
talk title: Accessing Data at Scale to Power Precision Medicine with Federate Learning
Abstract: Since the Deep Learning revolutions of the 2010s, Machine Learning models have become hungrier and hungrier for data. In reaction, countries all over the world have been trying to build tight regulations in order to control data access to protect user data and user privacy. Therefore data collection and thus Machine Learning progress have slowed down in critical areas such as healthcare. In the recent years, Federated Learning has emerged as a new powerful solution to connect multiple centers together for training ML models thus reaching a critical mass of data while respecting data privacy. We will see in this presentation how Owkin uses its Federated Learning network of partners and technology to help make scientific discoveries in oncology.
dataiku will be our host and sponsor of food and drinks during networking session after the talks: thank you 💚
