🌟 Sabrine Bendimerad and Maxime Demerens (SAUR)
talk title: Application of machine learning algorithms to predict leaks in pipeline
Abstract: “By leveraging historical information on pipeline conditions and geographical features, we aim to develop a predictive model that can identify potential leak locations. Through the analysis of various machine learning techniques and feature engineering, we aim to enhance the efficiency of leak detection, contributing to proactive maintenance and improved pipeline integrity management."

About Sabrine: Sabrine Bendimerad is a statistical and applied math engineer working on machine learning applications across industries for 7 years: Currently working on AI based solutions for the water sector. She is also involved in initiatives that aim to enhance women's representation in STEM, such as being president of "Descodeuses" and sponsor of "Elle Bougent". In her free time, she like taste good food, exploring new books, and playing piano.

About Maxime: Maxime studied Environmental Sciences at an engineering school. He then worked in Data Engineering and Data Science. He enjoys good map visualizations and Italian cuisine.

Talk title: Improving energy efficiency of data centers through machine learning
Abstract: Which parameters have the greatest influence on energy efficiency in data centers ? Can we quantify the savings associated with different settings ?
About Aliénor:
Aliénor is a data scientist with 5 years of experience primarily focused on the energy sector. From predictive modeling to natural language processing, she had the opportunity to tackle various challenges. Additionally, She has been involved in AI training programs. Outside of work, She enjoys travelling, being on a boat and has a love for music.
