Every four weeks, PyLadies will have a speaker from the community teach us something interesting and/or talk about the awesome stuff they're working on!
This week, we'll get into hardware hacking with Tané Tachyon and Elecia White! What's Raspberry Pi? How do you run Python on it? What awesome things can you build with additional displays and sensors? Where do you get all this cool stuff to play with? (https://www.adafruit.com/, friends who've bought too much from Adafruit already...) How do you get started? How far can you go; how do you build your own robots?
We'll also meet Elecia's robot powered by the NVIDIA Jetson and learn about all the really cool things it can do!
The meetup will start at 6, with some snacks and beverages, and the talk(s) will start around 6:30.
