The PyMC Team is working towards the V4 release!

Between May 30 and June 5, we will be getting together (virtually) to try and finish off the last several issues associated with the 4.0 milestone.

This hackathon (aka: Developer Sprint) is open to experienced community contributors.

WHEN:
The team will be online during these hours:

  • May 30, Monday: 16:00-19:00 UTC (12pm - 3pm ET) (Note: this is Memorial Day in US)
  • May 31, Tuesday: 13:00-16:00 UTC (9am to 12pm ET)
  • Jun 1, Wednesday: 13:00-16:00 UTC (9am to 12pm ET)
  • Jun 2, Thursday: 13:00-16:00 UTC (9am to 12pm ET)
  • Jun 3, Friday: 13:00-16:00 UTC (9am to 12pm ET)
  • Jun 4, Saturday: 13:00-16:00 UTC (9am to 12pm ET)
  • Jun 5, Sunday: 13:00-16:00 UTC (9am to 12pm ET)

PREREQs:
Note: This is a “Developer” sprint and it will be helpful for folks who are already familiar with PyMC, setting up their virtual environment, Git workflow, and familiar with contributing to open source workflow.
