🤖 Viran Ribić, CELUS
🎤 “Creating Domain Specific Languages with Python” - As engineers, we use programming languages to tell machines about our problems. But how effectively we do that depends on our understanding of the tools we use. In this talk, we’ll build a Domain Specific Language and explore different stages of the process, approaches and use cases.
📖 Viran is a Software Engineer at CELUS, working on Algorithms and Backend. He worked with various German startups in Consulting, ML Engineering, Full Stack Development and Web3. His curiosity shaped him as a generalist and he would like to share his interests of programming languages with the community.
⏰ 7:10pm
🤖 Maxim Danilov, winePad GmbH
🎤 “Code Detective: Uncovering Complexity with Python’s Importlib and AST” - in his talk Maxim offers you to become “The Mess Detectives”.
Armed with the AST module he will go through several python projects and try to find something suspicious. Afterwards, he'll examine the found pieces of code with you and discuss why they just complicate the project without any benefit. And at the end, we'll see how this code can be improved.
📖 Maxim is a Python/Django Developer, Solution Architect and Tech Speaker. He started in 1997 as a programmer for embedded solutions.
Through many projects in various programming languages, he built a deep understanding of different software development patterns. In the last 10 years as an engineer and code mentor, he was awarded as "Super Mentor in Engineering" 4 times.
