Moderate Hike (Kingly Vale National Nature Reserve)

Details
Hey!
We've not done a hike in a while, so I've had a look around and would like to give this route a go. This circular boasts some good views, hopefully worth a bit of a climb. Dogs and +1s are welcome.
Kingley Vale and West Stoke Circular
Difficulty: Moderate (includes some steep climbs)
Time: Should take about 2hrs 30mins to 3hrs to complete.
Food: Bring a packed lunch & drinks (water!), no shops near by
Transport: This hike looks pretty much car only, car share if you can
Car park: Search google for West Stoke Car Park, Downs Road
from Southsea the drive is about 30 minutes
We will meet in the car park for 11:00am, set off for 11:10am.
I don't want to state the obvious too much but think about sun cream, good footware and water. Also if people want to, on the day, we can stop off at a pub with a large outdoor space a 2 min drive from the car park (it's on the way back to Southsea, Horse and Groom Free House).
See you there!
