June 2023 meetup on CPython build process

If you want to present something short (5 minutes) or for 20 minutes, please comment or contact the organizers.

This meetup is about a handson workshop to build CPython itself. We will build and see the list of open issues to find out if we can contribute back.

We never had any meetup in April, that is why doing this in short notice so that we stay in the habit of meeting regularly :)

- Mingle among the participants and making the future event plans
- 18:00 CPython build process

## Requirements

A development laptop with git and other standard Python tools installed. We will do fresh git clone during the workshop and install any build dependency.
