2nd Wednesday Talk - FastAPI Tutorial

At this month's session, we're going to learn about FastAPI together and work through the tutorial. FastAPI is a new web framework for Python that works which uses modern features of Python like type hints to make it faster to build APIs.

Also, we're going to have another "after hour." After the presentation is over, anyone who wants to stay and do a bit of coding or chatting is welcome to hang out. Think of it like a mini open workshop.
