Social network analysis is an odd technical area - it is IT combined with psychology and sociology, technology and statistics. It involves gaining and analysing data from various social networks - including not only the usual suspects like Twitter and Facebook, but also email and blogs. The best way to obtain and analyse data is with Python. Learn what the experts use to try to work out what people are really doing online!
