Welcome to Python Belgrade #45, the QT Event !

All three speakers will be talking about python bindings for QT the free and open-source cross-platform software for creating graphical user interfaces as well as cross-platform applications.

We will touch on pyqt and mention pyside6, the speakers will figure out how to best structure their content throughout the upcoming weeks and we will announce a rough schedule as well as publish the event a week before the deadline.

The talks will be of Junior to Mid-level difficulty.

06.00 - 06:15: Intro

Talk 1 - Ozkar L. Garcell - Software Engineer at HTEC Group
Talk 2 - Leodanis Pozo Ramos - Content Creator at Real Python
Ozkar and Leodanis will cover the basics of PyQt and giving us an intro on how to start developing applications in this framework.

Talk 3 - Danijel Banjac - Pipeline developer at VFX Studio
Danijel will be covering:
QTableView, QWidget, QAbstractTableModel
PyQt's QThread - main differences between Qthread and Python Thread
Models -> QAbstractTableModel of Pandas data model. At the same time I will explain basics about models
Some basics of Layouts - QVBoxLayout
And a tiny bit of QNetwork :)
