This session is aimed at Python developers and data enthusiasts who want to understand how machines can learn from interaction and improve over time.
Reinforcement learning (RL) is a powerful approach in machine learning where an agent learns by taking actions, observing results, and optimizing for long-term reward. Unlike supervised learning, RL doesn’t rely on labeled data — instead, it learns through experience. In this talk, I’ll walk through the core concepts like agents, environments, policies, and the exploration–exploitation trade-off, using simple Python code to make ideas clear and practical.
We’ll also discuss real-world business use cases where RL is making an impact — from recommendation systems and resource optimization to supply chain and finance.
