Title: Domain Driven Design – Philosophy and Practice
Speaker: Matija Pavlović
Matija is a software developer with a strong focus on backend development and system design. He has spent most of his career in fintech, working on complex platforms and system-level solutions. Currently, he works as a cloud developer, primarily dealing with AWS services.
Talk Description:
This talk will focus on Domain Driven Design (DDD) — the ideas and philosophy behind it, why it matters, and how it helps teams build better software that reflects real business domains. Alongside theory, Matija will walk through a practical example of DDD implementation, showing how these concepts translate into real-world code and architecture.
