Yes, Tom Clark from the New Zealand Python Users Group (NZPUG) will be joining us for the first part of our April Presentation Evening! Come along to catch up with the latest strategy and happenings...

Doors open at 1800 for 'water-cooler' conversation and catching-up with friends (which could continue after the formal part of the meeting)

  • (if there's time) we will try tackling (list, set, and dict) comprehensions
    - what are they?
    - how to write the code
    - when/where/why/how to use them?

It is a virtual meeting, so BYO comfortable seat.
Dinner, pop-corn, chips 'n dips, tea or coffee - according to choice

We'll be using BigBlueButton web-conferencing software. No download required - all recent-edition web-browsers are compatible. Please wear a head-set or similar, if wish to participate.

The meeting's URL will be sent to those who RSVP.

The BBB-instance has been shared with us by the New Zealand Open Source Society, with grateful thanks to CatalystCloud.

We meet on the third Wednesday of every month. You're very welcome to join us.

We have a healthy mix of Python users. Students, academics, hobbyists, industry professionals, and many completely new to Python.

If you would like to present at a future meetup, please fill out this google form and we will add you to the schedule.

We follow the NZPUG code of conduct to create an inclusive friendly environment.

Let us know if there are any problems that you are having by asking in the comments below.
