Django SIG

This SIG (Special Interest Group) is our collaboration with Denver, and a growing number of other PUGs. Sunday-afternoon in America and Monday-morning in New Zealand. Meeting to learn and practice Django - and we hope, produce useful software.

Experienced Members:
Mike will propose how to proceed with the Meetup-clone project and how it will be organised into sub-projects. Teams will assemble and start to map-out sub-projects and how they will integrate. Scope will be drawn to contain the project to an MVP. Other challenges, nice-to-haves, etc, will be identified and marked for the Backlog.

Django Learners:
Discuss how to best support and encourage Django learners with the intention of gradually feeding 'graduates' into the SIG's practical exercises and projects.

Any Other Business:
We're still considering how to best move the SIG forwards, and are open to any and all suggestions which can be managed in a practical fashion with the resources and (voluntary) personnel available.

Behind the scenes, we've been working on methods to improve and coordinate on a hybrid basis.
