Also returning is Dave Ward. Dave is a member at SD-Py (San Diego) and PySprings (Colorado), and an almost-retired Company Director working with laser-measurement tools. He enjoys challenging himself to develop video games as a pastime activity and has entered events known as “Game Jams” which constrain development efforts to a short time period. His entry into the Pygame Community Fall Jam 2024 received third place overall. He will be talking about his entry and game development in this meeting. More recently he has been experimenting with lower-level graphics handlers.

Plenty of scope for discussion, from your desk all the way out to Mars! Plus, he will welcome hearing about your efforts in any areas of Python's geography.
