July Meetup

Details

Join us for the monthly Python Users Group meetup! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced user, come and meet others and learn and share what you know.

Overview

This month, we are going to try something different. We are going to break into small, topic specific discussion groups of 10 or less. This will give our members a chance to ask questions, give advice or learn something totally new.

Here are the topics which are subject to change depending on demand and availability (breaking into groups is on the schedule):

Testing Python code Data analysis (Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, etc.) Contributing to and using open source Deploying web sites (with Django or otherwise) Django Code and project structure (clean code, static analysis, PEP8) Effective methods for learning and teaching Python 3D, graphics and games Startups and Python Configuration management and devops (salt, chef, puppet, etc.)
