Agenda:

1. Manipulating Pytorch Compile Guards - This talk focuses on torch.compile and the importance of guarding. We'll review what guards are, why they're necessary, and how they are designed. Finally, we'll explore how users can interact with guards to improve performance of their compiled model.
2. PyTorch Through a Quality Engineer’s Lens - A practical look at how PyTorch is tested for functional correctness, reliability, and performance across diverse workloads and environments.
