Challenges of Testing in a Startup

Challenges of Testing in a Startup

Details

QA\Testing in a Startup is unique and hence a distinct Strategy has to be built for the product. It doesn't have to wait until the product is 'fully ready' to carry out testing; infact, testing should be carried out as early stage as developing a small working piece of code. Similar to a technical architecture, the testing effort needs to start early on.

But 'how' is the question, given all the limitations, primarily the budget limitation

This meeting is purely a technically discussion on 'how to test' but includes a some discussion on how this can be achieved on a bootstrap budget

Program Details:
Meet at 10am and introduce ourselves, not more than 1 minute per person
A brief highlight of the purpose of the meeting - by the organizer
10.30am to 12.00noon - Members bring up their points for discussions, mainly the pain points on the Quality aspect, leaving the discussion open to the forum
12.00 to 12.30pm - Open discussion, networking and people hang around to meet the other participants, some may even land up in a nearby restaurant for lunch, to continue interactions! (Members pay their own bill in the restaurant!)
NOTE: Location will be decided very soon - any suggestions are welcome!
