Node.js is a great environment to write Web Applications. Its journey started in 2009 when Ryan Dahl created the server-side JavaScript platform. Node.js is an asynchronous event-driven JavaScript runtime and effective framework. A set of built-in libraries, Event Loop architecture, and the standard package manager NPM enables developers to create different projects from simple scripts and Web servers to Internet of Things and Machine Learning.

In the webinar, we'll overview the pros and cons of Node.js environment, tasks that are most suitable for the platform. We'll demonstrate a practical problem that can be solved using Node.js. Please preinstall Node.js to be able to run webinar examples.
