As a non-binary individual from Villa El Salvador, their art challenges colonial norms. Their exhibition, “The Sweet Nectar of Your Blood” at Mayoral, explores blood symbolism and colonial legacy through their unique, seropositive perspective, and from a distinctly Global South vantage.
