Synopsis: Unilever Food Solutions Brazil is in its early stages of implementing new ways of working using agility and its frameworks. It is a large world wide company and UFS is also a large unit responsible for non-IT related products and services.

Hear from our speakers about the approach taken for the project, the solution provided by QA and the organisational outcome.

About the speakers:
Fernando Alves currently works at Unilever Foodsolutions, Inc., since June 2021, holding the title of Head of Digital Transformation & Demand Generation. Previously, Fernando held the position of Head of Key Accounts, still at Unilever Foodsolutions, Inc.. Fernando has held managerial roles across different companies for a couple of decades.

Ricardo Peters stands out for his passion when it comes to management and agility in practice, helping teams and leaders on their journey towards agility. His focus is on bringing people together to navigate different challenges, approaches, methods and organisational cultures. He knows that empowering people is the best way to build happier and more productive workplaces, and generate amazing new opportunities. He works as an Agile Coach and Trainer for QA in Brazil.
