Synopsis
Samantha has spent the past 2 years partnering with Nationwide’s Data and Analytics (D&A) Community, supporting the evolution of ways of working across 32 teams who, following a radical operating model transformation, have embarked on a journey of value delivery, moving from project based, to product orientated development. During her talk, Samantha will take us on a transparent whistlestop tour through her journey of establishing sustainable enablement capability within D&A, and her discovery of barriers and levers for success when supporting modern ways of working at scale.

The speaker
Samantha is an experienced Business Agility Coach who is committed to helping teams evolve the way they work, to maximise responsiveness and agility. Drawing from her experience in applying lean and agile practices and techniques, Samantha works with teams at all levels, to visualise and interrogate their system of work, encouraging continuous inspection and adaption.
