Start your morning with positive energy, mindful movement, and inner calm at a refreshing outdoor yoga session at MIA Park.
This workshop is designed for everyone — beginners and experienced practitioners alike — focusing on physical wellness, mental clarity, and inner balance.

• Headstand (Shirshasana) – learn how to practice safely and correctly
