Hello everyone,

After a long time, we are finally coming back with an offline yoga session! As outdoor activities are now allowed, we are excited to practice together in a natural and positive environment. 🌿

This session will include:
✨ Yoga practices for both beginners and advanced levels
✨ Stretching & strengthening exercises
✨ Pranayama (breathing techniques)
✨ Guided meditation for a calm and focused mind

It’s been a while since we practiced together offline, so let’s make this session energetic, refreshing, and full of positive vibes. 🧘‍♂️✨

At the end of the session, we will have a small sharing circle where everyone can share their experiences, suggestions, or thoughts. It’s a beautiful way to learn from each other and grow together.
