Join our “Heart & Heal” 5-week art therapy group, exclusively for women, facilitated by our licensed art therapist Trish Bedford (DHP License # A25506).

Each week you’ll explore attachment through creativity, uncovering how it influences your emotional and physical well-being.

Each group is limited to 6-8 participants.
Starting Thursday, 7th Nov 2024, each session is for 90 min from 4:25 to 5:55 pm
