In times of crisis and uncertainty, it is normal to feel anxious or overwhelmed. Talking to someone can be the first step toward healing — you are not alone.
You are invited to join our Community Wellbeing Check-In Sessions, organized by Gulf Good Vibes with the support of psychologists and wellness professionals.
This is a safe virtual space where we can talk, listen, and support one another, while also sharing simple coping strategies to help manage anxiety and stress.
