Hike Plan – Prugnanes
We are planning a 13 km hike in Prugnanes.
Estimated duration: around 4 hours (not including a short lunch break in the middle).
Level: Moderate fitness required.
This is not a casual walk. Please join only if you are physically comfortable with steady-paced hiking.
What to Bring
Proper hiking shoes (mandatory)
Small backpack (20–30L ideal)
Minimum 1–1.5 liters of water
Snacks (nuts, dark chocolate, energy bars, etc.)
Lunch (sandwich or anything easy to carry)
Clothing
Comfortable hiking pants
T-shirt + light jacket (layering is important)
Waterproof jacket (strongly recommended)
Hat or buff (optional but useful)
Thermal layer if weather changes
Optional but Recommended
Hiking poles
Thermos with hot water/coffee
Sunglasses
Personal small first-aid items
Transport
I have space for 3 people in my car.
If more join, we will need a second car.
Car arrangement will be confirmed 1–2 days before the hike.Depending on weather.

We move as a group.
No one walks ahead alone or falls far behind.
Weather can change quickly — come prepared.
