Hike Plan – Prugnanes
We are planning a 13 km hike in Prugnanes.
Estimated duration: around 4 hours (not including a short lunch break in the middle).
Level: Moderate fitness required.
This is not a casual walk. Please join only if you are physically comfortable with steady-paced hiking.
What to Bring
- Proper hiking shoes (mandatory)
- Small backpack (20–30L ideal)
- Minimum 1–1.5 liters of water
- Snacks (nuts, dark chocolate, energy bars, etc.)
- Lunch (sandwich or anything easy to carry)
Clothing
- Comfortable hiking pants
- T-shirt + light jacket (layering is important)
- Waterproof jacket (strongly recommended)
- Hat or buff (optional but useful)
- Thermal layer if weather changes
Optional but Recommended
- Hiking poles
- Thermos with hot water/coffee
- Sunglasses
- Personal small first-aid items
Transport
I have space for 3 people in my car.
If more join, we will need a second car.
Car arrangement will be confirmed 1–2 days before the hike.Depending on weather.

- We move as a group.
- No one walks ahead alone or falls far behind.
- Weather can change quickly — come prepared.
