Celebrate Bike Month with a fun-filled day of cycling at Royal City Park!
Have you wanted to explore your neighbourhood by bike, but haven’t felt confident enough to do so by yourself? Join City of Guelph staff as we lead a bike ride from Royal City Park! We’ll follow a route along the river, experiencing some of our cycling infrastructure as we go. We’ll stop and chat about the beauty of our trails, and we’ll show you how to get from downtown to Stone Road Mall by bike!
This ride will be ~8.8km, and will take about 45-60 minutes to complete (including stops). You will travel on our Off-Road Bike Routes or Multi-Use Paths. There are only 3 road crossings, and we will either dismount or use a Cross Ride.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rider, this event is perfect for all cycling enthusiasts. Enjoy the scenic views and fresh air as you pedal your way through the park with fellow community members.
