QGIS meetup in Helsinki on 22nd of May 2017 - Meet Anita Graser and other QGIS enthusiasts!

QGIS developer Anita Graser is coming to Helsinki to give a keynote speech in FOSS4G Finland 2017 event. Before that she has promised to meet Finnish QGIS developers and users. So welcome to QGIS meetup in Cafe Carusel in Helsinki on 22nd of May at 6 PM.

The idea is to discuss QGIS related issues, maybe find ideas for development and of course spread the word on QGIS. Please share this invitation, and lets meet Anita and other QGIS enthusiasts!

Who is Anita Graser? She is a scientist and open source GIS advocate working with the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on the visualization and analysis of movement data. She currently serves on the QGIS project steering committee and the OSGeo board of directors. Her blog anitagraser.com and books “Learning QGIS” and “QGIS Map Design” are popular points of reference for the worldwide QGIS community.
