ONLINE Sheng Zhen Gong Classes, Thursdays at 7:00 PM

In each class, we focus on a standing form and a seated form. These forms are an excellent remedy to calm our nervous system in challenging times. The practice is an opportunity to restore and nurture your energy reserves, to find relief from tension and stress, and to cultivate open-heartedness.

Every season, or new quarter, we start a new series of classes that include a seated form and a standing form from the Sheng Zhen forms of Master Li Junfeng. (For more Sheng Zhen info click here. (http://shengzhen.org)) The practice creates a deep state of inner peace and a feeling of Love and harmony with the universe. It opens the heart, strengthening the body while calming the mind and emotions naturally. It can inspire a new sense of joy and compassion for others, and a deeper understanding of life.
