Dear Qigong Friends,
These live-stream classes on Zoom are prepared as a way to support you in your home practice for better health.
Join us for a relaxing evening Zoom session designed to help you tune into the yin energy state before bed time and perhaps even to support you on your detox journey. The session starts with open questions/answers for Broes, our Nutrition Coach, followed Qigong practice and we may conclude with a short guided meditation before sleep.
Whether you're participating in the SHINE detox fast or not, this session will influence you in a good way.
We'll focus on nurturing the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, and we will let the body and mind drift into the state of tranquility before bed time.

No prior experience is necessary – We welcome anyone who is in search of finding the right healing influence for their body, mind, and spirit.
Qi Gong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese practice promoting holistic health through gentle movements, awareness of breath, and meditative states, enhancing strength, flexibility and inner harmony.
These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. Simply wear comfy clothes and flat shoes, socks or bare feet and you are good to go.
*A suggested contribution per session is 5 to 20 francs and can be processed with Twint (0788062540) or with Paypal (Paypal.me/AnitaHealthWithin )
If you cannot afford to pay, you are still welcome to train with us, no questions asked.
