Hello friends,
Join our morning Zoom session for a gentle Summertime QiGong experience.
We'll focus on movements that benefit the heart and intestinal area, we'll move the joints, pay attention to the shoulders, and blend into our practice a few leg strengthening exercises to help your body keep the balance longer.
No prior knowledge needed—everyone seeking healing for body, mind, and spirit is welcome.
QiGong, an ancient Chinese practice, combines slow movements, breath attention, and meditation for body strength and flexibility.
Sessions suit all fitness levels. Wear comfy clothes and flat shoes.
