Dear QiGong enthusiasts,
join us at the lake, at la Promenthoux again, only on a dry Thursday morning throughout the cold period of the year.
These sessions are conducted in French language. Translation can be provided.
Do you feel tired most of the time and could use some natural energy boost? Come, search for the light with us and enjoy soft, dynamic movements in a fun company.

I love this practice because it enables the body to return to its natural state of health and harmony. It shows how much we can do on our own to become healthier and keep vitality up.

If you have trained with me before, you may want to join to rehearse and add new movements to your daily routine. We will be implementing movements for boosting the immune system, calming anxiety, relieve lower back pain, move the Chi for strengthening your liver and digestive system, and we will also work on body balance, strength and better posture.

If you know of someone who might be interested in joining us, please inform them.

We respect the safety distance and we train in dry weather conditions.

Le Qigong médical fait partie de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise. Grâce à ces mouvements doux et faciles, vous apprendrez comment aider votre corps et votre esprit à guérir plus rapidement, à éliminer les déséquilibres et les blocages accumulés causés par une mauvaise alimentation, mode de vie sédentaire, des blessures, le vieillissement, etc.

J'aime cette pratique parce qu'elle permet au corps de retrouver son état naturel de santé et d'harmonie facilement et de manière agréable.

Pendant le mois d'hiver nous accordons une attention particulière au renforcement du dos, le système immunitaire, poumon, et l'équilibre. Nous allons aussi stimuler le Chi dans le système digestif.

Les séances conviennent à tous les niveaux de forme physique, même aux personnes qui ont besoin de rester assis.
Des vêtements confortables et des chaussures plates sont recommandés.

Nous pratiquons le ChiKung médical en plein air uniquement si le temps est favorable, sec et calme. Les participants inscrites seront informés un jour avant, pour savoir si la séance aura lieu.
