Qigong Standing Meditation Peer Group Practice

Join us for a Qigong standing meditation practice. We will gather together for a brief check in, 15-20 minute standing meditation, and closing thoughts. This practice can also be done sitting on a chair.
This is a peer group not a class. Stephanie, Chris, Cliff, and others will serve as leads on a rotating basis. We will meet via Zoom.
