I have completed my Level 1 Qigong Teaching Training and am offering free Qigong sessions. This gives me the opportunity to practice teaching while you get to experience the benefits of Qigong.

This session will begin with a simple warm-up followed by the Qigong practices of Ba Duan Jin and Shibashi, lasting about 45 minutes in total. At the end of the session, instead of opening the floor for questions or discussion, I will invite participants to sit quietly for a few minutes to allow the qi to settle and then move into their day.

The focus of the online sessions is very much on practice. If you are seeking community and connection with others, I hope that will come more so from in-person meetups I hope to schedule in the warmer months.

As this is a new idea for me to share Qigong in this way, please bare with me as I find my way with the technology.
