Qigong Beginners Morning Practice

I’m feeling enthusiastic! Following the first session last Monday, I’ve decided to start a little later. Tomorrow, join me for a 30-minute Qigong practice. We’ll start with a gentle warm up and follow with the Shibashi, which is a lovely way to start the day feeling peaceful and centered. At the end, instead of having a Q&A or discussion, I invite everyone to take a few moments to sit quietly and let the qi settle before moving on with your day.
