Qigong Beginners Morning Practice

This Tuesday 8am, join me for a 45-minute Qigong practice. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, then the Ba duan jin followed by Shibashi. You can leave at the 30 minute mark or stay for the final set. It's a powevrful practice to start each day and as a trainee teacher I am offering this for free. At the end of our session, instead of having a Q&A or discussion, I invite everyone to take a few moments to sit quietly and let the qi settle before moving on with your day. Looking forward to sharing this experience with you!
