This group is for anyone who is interested in practicing and learning more about the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong.

Whether you have no experience or have been practicing for years, this group is a welcoming space for individuals to come together, share insights, and deepen their practice.

Through gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditation, Qigong can help improve physical health, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Join us for regular meetups in Berlin-Mitte to cultivate energy, harmony, and connection with the mind, body, and spirit. We practice classic Qigong forms such as:

- Ba Duan Jin (八段锦) - The Eight Brocades
- Wu Xing Gong (五行功) - The Five Elements
- Chan Si Gong (缠丝功) - Silk Reeling

Instruction in German and English.
